Hi Michelle,
     Thanks a lot for answering, the reason why I feel quite scared is that because he is my first client.
     He empasized that the pt. went through the ER, and he said that the reimbursement is higher than normal. Also in the CMS form box 24c should I check EMERGENCY. Thanks a lot for your help.

You should check the emergency box  (24c).  Also, if you want to just make sure you could ask him if he did the admit.
