I would like to know if 99204 and 90791 can be billed together.

You can bill them together but that doesn't mean that they will be allowed separately.  Just out of curiosity, what type of provider is it?  Just wondering why they would need to bill both of these together.

I do not see why you would bill these 2 codes together.  If you are doing a psychiatric eval, you would use the 90791 only.
