DME Billing

Hi everyone it's been awhile since I been on the sight but I have a potential client looking for me to do there DME Billing I have never done this type of billing before is there a site I can go to or a book I can order to get knowledge on how bill for DME and what modifers to use right now they are billing for walkers, canes, knee braces and rentals for hospital beds. I am not familiar with a book specifically on DME.  They should be sending the info over coded though.  If you have billing experience it will apply to DME as well.  I have billed DME and found it to be similar to physician billing meaning that the CMS form is completed the same way, etc.  One difference is that the ordering/referring physician must be indicated and there is a modifier sometimes required to indicate that you have the SOMN on file  (KX modifier).
