billing for the flu vaccine -

most of my flu vaccines are being rejected - reason: NDC code - units etc....
where do we enter that information, what format, where do we get the codes etc....

I'm thinking there must be some other issue going on to cause the rejection.  I don't believe flu vaccines would be rejected for NDC codes etc.  I would double check your coding to see if you are using an incorrect code.

thank you for response - it is actually my clearing house that gives me the rejection: missing national drug unit count - the dx that i submit is V04.81

Have you called them?  They may just be having an issue on their end.
