Yes, and that stupid catch phrase "we don't get paid until you get paid" is used as well.  So you work and work and don't get paid until they get paid? How do you pay your employees (if you have any) and how do you pay your bills?  I need to get paid for my time and everybody knows if they worked in an office they would expect payment from their employer and would not sit around a month for their paycheck.  If you sit around a month or two without a paycheck then you are crazy.

I have been watching the % billing/fee splitting laws for years. More and more states are adopting some sort of regulations regarding fee-splitting.. also remember the OIG has been against this type of billing for years.

So you don't charge for expenses?  I just thought I would ask for clarification because this is precisely where I am at right now.
