Hi.  Im getting denials at my billing software for code M62.49.  this is a chiro office.  Is this code no longer in use?

M62.49 is still a valid ICD10 code.  The issue may be that it is an unspecified code.  Are you getting denials from multiple insurance carriers or just one?
