Dear All,

We have missed to report the PQRS codes for 2017 is there a way to resubmit a 2017 claim back to Medicare with the quality measure codes? Can someone please shed some light on this issue?

Your response is greatly appreciated!

Thank You,
Chandru J.

I think it depends on what pace you chose. Appears if you chose to do the full reporting you missed it.. I know they changed the date from March 31st to 1st? (not sure) But I would find out if you can do the ONE case report and maybe avoid the 4% reduction.   I would go and login here: https://qpp.cms.gov/  check your status.

I'm very lucky... NONE of my clients take Medicare/Medicaid :)

Thanks for your response!!

We actually missed to report 1 case per year to avoid 4% cut. Looking forward to get more details.

Thank You,
