Hi Alice,
Could you tell me where I might find the SG modifier listed? We have been using it on our facility claims , however, I haven't seen it officially listed anywhere. Thanks for your help,

Here is a list of modifiers that does contain the SG modifier.

The SG is almost to the bottom of the page. This list is posted on the NYS Medicare Website
