Heidi program question

Hi I bill for a family practice that participates in the Heidi program in Texas. Which is a government funded program that helps low income men/women with healthcare services. This program is fairly new to me when it comes to billing. I've done a lot of research and I am unable to find out what NDC code I can use with 99213 and J3490. If anyone can recommend where I can look this info up that would be greatly appreciated also. Thank you for your help.

J3490 is an unclassified injection.  What injection are you doing?  In any case the NDC number should come with the medication.
