I clicked on the link and it brought me right to the page.  Not sure what isn't working.  The link or that you can't find the NPI?  i can't help you if it's that the NPI you are looking for isn't coming up.  Are you sure the facility has one?  Many times facilities have a legal business name that is the corporate name which is completely different than their facility name.  If I can't find an NPI I call the facility and ask them for it.

When i try to open error "might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address." appears. :(

I'm not having problem with it, might be something on your end. I just tried again and reached it with no problem. Also did lookup and no errors.  ???

I use it daily as well.  Occasionally they are doing routine maintenance and system is down but I haven't had any issues in the last couple days.  Maybe try another computer, or another browser??
