It's very simple there are directions and what you need to apply it's also amazingly fast. :)

One thing I would like to suggest is once you finish answering the Security questions hit CNTRL and P so you can print the page.  It is very helpful if you are creating the NPI for someone else or have a bad memory.  ;D
