Modifier 26

I have a client who does home care visits. Some of the visits include diagnostic services. Are we able to bill for global services (Technical & Professional) if they contract a company to go to the patients home with them to do the test for them and the physician reads the report? Or should we use Modifier 26 and let the company bill with Modifier TC?
The agreement is that my client reimburse the company for their services and we bill global.
Is this a good way of billing for diagnostic services?

It's really more a question of the agreement between the two parties.  It really doesn't make a difference if one party bills global or if two separate parties bill 26 & TC as long as it is being billed appropriately.  (not global by both, or global by one, and TC by another).
