Hi,
I was just curious to know is there any General Timely filing proof which is widely accepted by Insurance.
Thanks in Advance. :)

Generally proof is with clearinghouse reports, however you can successfully appeal some timely filing denials for even just marginal errors. A good appeal will include a letter and an explanation. I have taken over billing for some physicians who were left in a lurch and with many claims never getting filed. A simple letter with explanation usually does the trick.

Thanks you Linda :)
I was trying to find out something more like will Insurance accept the Certified mail receipt as POTF.
Once again Thank you.

Yes, actually that's better if you have a signed certified return mail receipt! I don't usually send claims that way but if you did..that's fantastic :)
