95999 Is "Unlisted neurological or neuromuscular diagnostic procedure"  Bill it with notes and it might get paid.  Surface EMG is a "fringe" chiropractic procedure that measures surface temperature and prints out a pretty chart that shows where the spine is misaligned.  Most insurance companies don't recognize this type of EMG as a valid diagnostic tool.  It is NOT the same as an EMG performed by a Neurologist where needles or pads and electricity follow nerve paths to determine if there is damage.  If your Chiro is a Neuro/Chiro and is using the same procedure as a Neuro, then notes accompanying the bill should get it paid.

Hope this helps!
