This may be in your range

ICD-9-CM Volume 2 Index Entries That Refer To 225.0
Primary neoplasms of the brain which are noninvasive and tend to grow slowly. They are generally classified by location and histologic type. In children, astrocytomas of the cerebellum represent relatively common benign brain neoplasms. In adult meningiomas, neurilemomas and pituitary tumors comprise the majority of benign tumors.

I agree with the last emai. you received. I'm new on the website and learning how to write messages. But I need help in finding the correct cpt and icd-9 codes for the family planning.I received denials on the procedure codes 88141 & 88142. The Dx codes are 616.10 and v25.01. Can someone help me in why they are being denied. I entered the FP modifier, but according to the medicaid guidelines there should be an "F" only in box 24h, not the fp. Is someone familiar with this? I would appreciate yur help on this matter. I am still trying to set up my messages. Can someone guide me on this. Thanks...
