I am looking for a CPT code for B-Complex. It is a combination of a bunch of b shots. I can't find anything in my CPT book or online. Thanks for any help.

J3420 is the code for an injection of Vitamin B12
-
My Dr. Keeps telling me that this is the code for B-12 shots only, not the B-Complex shot. They are two different products and come in two different vials.

This is B-12 Complex, there is no vitamin b. There are only B-complex vitamins. B-1 through B-12

I use 99070 for B complex

I'm looking for a valid B Complex injection HCPCS. I've tried using both J3420 and J3490, but I've been told by insurances and medicare that this is not a valid code for this injection.
