I do not believe so, the internal glitch came from UBH, according to them, at least that is what they told me as to why my claims could not be paid and my dr not found even though they had her in their system

I'm thinking they told you a wittle story.. I've had no problems with UBH aside from a legit denial from time to time.

Sadly this does not surprise me as I kind of got the feeling they were fishing for something when I pulled the old Prompt Pay Law out!!!!  Thanks again for the advice!  Actually I got a notice for expedited payment on my fax this morning! The doctor was very pleased to say the least!  Let me ask you, given what they said, when I submit another claim, should I leave out the designation or go ahead and put it in?  I am thinking I will have an issue either way!
