Help with some unique reasons to sign on with billing service

Hi Everyone:  Just wondering if anyone has any unique reason I can give a client who is very close to signing, but still has a little hesitation, mainly because she feels she is right on the cusp as to whether she needs a billing service yet or not, as it is not cutting in to her clinical time yet.  The cost is definitely a consideration for her right now, but she really feels she is getting close (within the next year) of needing a biller.  I am going to respond with the typical reasons, following her authorizations, making sure she gets reimbursed for all claims and for the amount that she should be, getting claims out promptly, and all the other reasons we've talked about on this forum, but was hoping someone might have a GREAT, UNIQUE reason that may just reel her in...?  I am thinking about giving a large discount on the sign up fee, or maybe charging normal startup fee, but giving a discounted rate for the first two cycles?  Any comments or ideas are welcome...

1. The doctor should be spending his/her time treating patients, not wondering if she billed that last bill correctly.

2. The doctor should be spending his/her time treating patients, not on the phone with Blue Cross talking to someone who transfers you 3 times because no one can answer the question "why wasn't my claim paid?" 

3. ....not at a seminar to learn the newest code changes, billing changes, bundling changes etc.....

4. ....not having to write off things that should be paid because they don't have the time to chase it down.

A good billing service provides all these services so the Doctor can do what they do best...treat patients!  And the more time they have to treat patients, the more their income will go up!  You, as a good billing service will pay for yourself over and over by getting every last nickel the doctor should be paid!

Also, she may think that she is keeping track of everything well, but if you can point out any area that she is not keeping up, follow up, fixing denials, etc.  You'll be able to point out that you can increase her revenue.  In my experience, they think they are doing good, and they don't realize they are losing money because they aren't billing something right, or they don't have a followup system.

Good, thanks for the ideas.  I have only spoken with her over the phone and email.  Trying to meet in person and be able to look things over a little bit more closely with her and point these things out......keeping my fingers crossed.
