Tetanus Shot

I have been billing the tetanus shot as 90718 so far but now it isnt getting paid anymore, all i get is the message "Submit RX charges to current PBM"
Does anybody know what i am supposed to do with this? i would appreciate the help

Have you tried contacting the insurance carrier for an explanation?  I haven't had any problem with that code.

i contacted the insurance but they told me to bill it as pharmacy/rx claim and since we are no pharmacy and are getting the shots from a supplier it doesnt help me..

It sounds like a bogus explanation.  I would call back and ask again, if they gave me the same answer I would push it further and ask them why a tetanus shot would be billed as a pharmacy claim.
