Medicare billing: Is there a modifier you use on the admin charges when the drug is provided free?

I also am not aware of any modifier indicating a free service.

I will just put on the claim on box 19 the name of the drug and that it was provided free.

If I'm not mistaken you need to report it for admin purposes but I do believe you would enter in zero dollars as total price and make claim commnet drug provided.
