Good Morning All,
I would like to market to get new clients. I would like to drop of my information to the doctors office. What would be a efficient and inexpensive ways to create a "marketing packet" to leave in the office. Thanks!!

Staples has some folders that allow you to insert your business card in the front.  They look very professional.  We use those and print out some marketing materials on nice heavy cream colored paper.  We include a copy of our compliance plan, list of references, a brochure, and services we provide.  We also include why outsourcing is a good idea.  It makes a nice, but inexpensive packet.

I like doing flash drives, you can create the Avery sticker with your logo or company name on them and put everything on the drive. You can even include a short presentation on them as well. I included a small invitation style card inviting them for a free consult and an offer to bring in lunch for them and staff.

Thanks, these are great ideas!

Good afternoon everyone,
As always thanks for the information shared in this forum.  I am at this time marketing my business and looking for clients.  What are the advantages of hand delivering vs mailing your marketing material?  My marketing plan includes mailing a package with our marketing material and following later by phone.

Thanks much!
