Hello all... Im hoping I can get some feed back on getting paid on new born hearing screens that are being done at a hospital but the providers are separate and they own their own equipment. The claims are being denied for P.O.S. ( Place of service) The hospital does not bill for these services. The Dr's are separate from the hospital but since the baby cant be discharged from the hospital without the test being done the test has to be done at the hospital. any feed back on this would be greatly appreciated. The cpt is 92586.
