We've actually had someone else inquire on the same thing. We are in the process of writing up something on that but I'm not sure when it will be available. Since you already bought the Chiro book, we would send it to you for no additional cost.
In the meantime, if you give me a specific example I would be glad to help.
The only ones I can state right off the top of my head are the 98940, 98941, & 98942 for Medicare must have the AT modifier.
