I use the full Adobe package, I'm actually not sure if the reader only has this option but I first go and open up in Adobe Acrobat, I then click on the binoculars and I used "overseas" as my look up.  It had like 40 hits in that one doc.

Linda - the word in your quote was trading, as in trading partner (rather than business partner).  The word "trading" was not found, so it makes sense that "trading partner" was not found either.  I found both "business partner" and overseas, as you say you did.

I'm just wondering if you got the quote from a link different from the one you posted.

Ah, I do see that.. I did get the link from a comments area in a link with that original article.. The source I found for that quote.. service provider and business partner is more inclusive I would think.   

I did find the quote similar in one of these documents.. I just can't remember which one but they are good reading regardless :)
