: Medicare patients and places of service 12,13, 31, and 32

Does anyone have experience with wellness and e & M  visits for patients in their homes,  nursing homes, and assisted living facilities?  Can you bill G0438 etc to Medicare for these places?

I have not billed it out personally but I see information that says that you can.  You can always call your MAC and ask if the code is covered with POS 12, 13 or 32.
