PIP report
« on: November 09, 2011, 07:21:51 PM »
My boss is constantly in with patients and by the time I print the soap notes and dr report out, he is in with another patient. It is hard for me to catch him and have him sign the reports.  I was wanting to know if I could use a signature stamp w/ his signature for these....

Is what you are printing out completed at all by you or is it all something completed by the physician that you are just simply printing?  I would check with an attorney but it would seem ok to use a stamp as long as it's been completed by the physician and you are simply printing, not completing or altering the information.  Again, not legal advise, JMO.
