procedure 95800

could anyone tell me which place of service is used for 95800, place of service 11 was denied.
looking forward for your help

Looking at that code, it appears to be for a home based sleep study...so POS 11 won't work. But you have to choose the POS based on where the service was rendered, so if the patient was seen in the office, it looks like you have billed a code that just won't work in that setting. Echoing Michele, what is the denial, and where was the patient seen?

THIS Is off the top of my head from having sleep studies done myself..

Arent' there G codes for billing them IN office/on site?  I believe the 95800 series is for home monitoring/setup
