Can anyone tell me if you have to register as a third party biller in the state of Oregon?
As many of you know in the state of NJ we have to register with the Insurances and Bank Dept.
I've called the Oregon Dept of Insurances and after talking to three different people know one knew.
As always thank you for your help.

I am going to tell you no..but I cannot send you documentation to prove the "no". I have several clients that have billing businesses in and no one is registered. The fact that no one could tell you after talking to three people should probably tell you that you do not have to register.
Does any other state have these requirements besides NJ? Linda will know for sure.
