I am billing a new code in our laboratory, it is 80101QW. I have 9 tests to bill for.  Do I bill this all on one line X 9,  (2 lines), with the 1st line without the modifier, and the 2nd with the 8 tests with the 51 modifier, or do I bill them all as seperate line items. Thanks

You should code it on one line with the 80101 QW with 9 in the units.
