Does anyone have or know how to get a Texas Workers Comp fee schedule for professional billing?  They have different cpt codes than my state and I have spent 2 days calling Texas with no luck.

I believe Ingenix has WC fee schedules that they sell.  I think that it is for each state, but I'm not sure.  I know it is for NY.  Personally I don't think that you should have to purchase a book from Ingenix to get them.  Have you tried contacting your state WCB office?

Texas said they no longer have fee schedule for w/c.  They now go by Medicare codes.

Really?  Wow.  Well the Medicare fee schedule is available online so they are easily accessible.
