The Business Plan
« on: December 08, 2013, 01:53:28 AM »
Hello- I'm  trying to write a business plan, but it's becoming a full time job, I'm ashamed to admit this but could someone me point to a source that could help me with writing a business plan? I've been searching the internet for many hours, and I've learned some things. I have no idea how to:  1. Do market research 2.  Find out if there is a great demand for independent medical billers 3. Find out what my "niche" market should be 4. Do financial projections. 5. Know what my business plan should look like when I finish it.  In other words...I need help! Any suggestions? :-\

Hi William..Glad that you have joined us.
Question: What are you doing the business plan for? Is it to get money to start your own business..or to just go through the process for your own knowledge. Asking you so that I can respond in the best way.

Merry- Thank you for responding. I'm a medical biller with 3 clients (2 more coming on in January). I don't need start up money. I bill mostly mental health and chiropractic. I want a written business plan that will help me accomplish my goals. i.e. to have the option of retiring in 15 years, and have enough $$ to do it comfortably.
