If the office would like for me to do their billing and their a/r, is it normal to charge separately for both services, or should it be priced together? thanks

Are you referring to cleaning up old A/R or current A/R?

For billing and working current A/R, it should be priced together.

We usually start with clean billing.  If they want us to do A/R it depends on the type of A/R.  Like supertaz93 said, is it old or current?  Makes a big difference.  We also use this as a bargaining tool when signing the provider up.  Depending on the situation, size of the account, etc, sometimes it is a separate price, sometimes we negotiate it in.

It really depends on you and no one but you to make that decision. If you are just starting out and you need to get this account and this is your only account then help them out and clean up their A/R.  I know some people that charged a small fee to clean up old stuff, in this business it really depends on what you want and what other's tell you. Everyone has their own opinion. A lot of people on this forum are not just starting out so they are telling you from their perspective being in the business for a while and not being desperate to get an account. Most of the time, you can't listen to advice from someone who's been in business for years and can turn down an account. I am not sure what your situation is, if you are just starting out or not but I would either negotiate with them that you would just help them out with their A/R or charge a small fee.

Once the transportation picks up during the festive season, hvac indianapolis (http://hvac indianapolis) charges would increase further as there would be dearth of trucks to transport goods
