Can anyone take on 2 small new mental health accounts?
« on: December 29, 2011, 11:23:17 AM »
I've had two LCSWs contact us looking for a billing service to take care of their claims.  We are unable to take on any new accounts at this time.  One is located in NJ so you must have the proper NJ paperwork on file to take on this one and the other is in NYC.  One is a startup and the other currently has 14 clients to bill for.  If you are interested, send me an email with your qualifications.  It must be someone reliable.

What do you mean by NJ paperwork on file, please elaborate so we understand.

Thank you

NJ requires 3rd party Billing companies to be registered according to their terms/conditions, the process does take some time and must be done exactly as required by the state.  http://www.state.nj.us/dobi/division_insurance/managedcare/tpapage.htm#tpb

Hello,

I know it has been about a month since this post. I wanted to follow up to see if you had these providers taken care of yet?

Thanks,

Yes we have referred them.  But if you want to email your info to Alice at alice-solutions@cnymail.com she will keep it on file.  We sometimes get requests for billing services.  Please include a little background info about yourself.
