New Company Website (input appreciated)
« on: November 18, 2011, 03:46:41 PM »
Lawrenceville GA based CompComplete has recently launched a new site for our medical bill review and cost containment services.  We are seeking input from medical professionals on the site as a whole.  If you could spend a few minutes on our site and leave us input we would greatly appreciate any thought anyone has.

Visit http://www.comp-complete.com/and let us know your thoughts on the new site.

Sincerely,

CompComplete

The site is very nicely designed, not cluttered, VERY professional and crisp/clean. The only thing design wise I don't think speaks to me is the pic of the construction guy.. I get the analogy.. not sure if it speaks to me though for this industry.

This is probably just me.. it took me a little bit to figure out who your market was. With that in mind you have this one sentence that I would probably bring to the forefront of the site to be more clear: "CompComplete’s nurse case manager works together with medical providers, employers, employees and the claims adjuster to facilitate appropriate medical care, identify obstacles to recovery, and ultimately focus on returning an individual to work."

OVERALL site is VERY nice :)

Thank you very much for your input.  That is often something we come to the realization of as time goes on.  Considering the variety of services we offer it's important to get our primary services to the forefront.  What you mentioned is a prime example of that.  As for the construction worker, we used it because of our services in workers compensation case management.  It's understandable that there could be confusion in this feature though.

Thanks again for your input.  We greatly appreciate any and all perspectives.
