my office had been trying to get medicare to pay us our moneys but no luck does anyone know how to do the billing for medicare

OK, the issue is we don't know what you are doing so we can't correct it. Are you getting a denial? Does Medicare show that they have a claim on file for you? Are you sending electronic or paper. We really need more information.

Charlene is right, you don't give us nearly enough information to even make a guess. I've billed Medicare for 2 or 3 specialties in about 4 or 5 states and have always thought they were the easiest payor <g>

I too love Medicare, it's straight forward, they tell you the rules, and they abide by them as well.  More info would help.
