what type of coding do you use for home infusion s-code per diems. I need to get a denial from medicare to bill secondary.

You cannot use S codes to bill medicare for denial.

I have not billed for home infusion before.  All of the research I do gives S codes.  I'm really trying to help but I don't know what it is you are looking for.  I found the following resource that appeared to be helpful but it too lists S codes:  http://www.homeinfusionbilling.com/

Why can you not bill the S code for the denial?  Have you tried calling Medicare to see if they can point you to an LCD or NCD?
