:-X.. we did a PPD test on a patient one day then she comes back in 2 days for the reading i billed it as 99213 with DX v74.1 but Medicare denies for it being a routine dx with a problem focos 99213.. Really need suggestions on how to bill this we dont do that many but it is giving me a headache :'( :'( :'(

86580 (e/m in included) v74.1 and in a couple of days the nurse visit 99211 to read it I believe is correct.
