: CPT 11601 how to bill for this?

We think we have the correct code according to the description. But in my book it says that it is often coded incorrectly. Also we were rejected with this code. Has anyone else used this?

I would have to have more info to help you on this one.  Like what is the denial reason and what service was performed.
