: Bundling on ENG codes Please help!!!

I just got a new 2010 remittance back fro Aetna bundling my ENG codes 92541-92547. Does anyone know how to unbundle these codes? What modifier do you think would work?

Before doing anything, YOU need to check the NCCI edits first. The insurance company could be correct.

If so, we dont unbundle.  That could be considered fraud and is illegal in some states.

We dont use modifiers as cheats to unbundle.
