I need advice on how to bill the G0327 code for Medicare. If the patient started on a certain date, lets say 6/1 - 6/12 and hospital stay is 6/14 - 6/17 would i bill 6/1-6/13 then again for 6/18-6/30? If so would I list these dates as a new line item on the claim?

You would bill all dates that the patient received services except the dates they were inpatient, so if they were admitted on 6/14 and had received treatment up to 6/13, then you would bill the 6/1-6/13 on one service line, then from the date they resumed after being discharged to the end of the month (6/18-6/30) on another.
