Hello,

Where would I be able to retrieve past medicare EOB? Medicare has a website that I can do that from directly? this physician that I am billing for his previous billing company has stopped following up on his account.

You can usually order duplicate remittances on their automated system.

do you know if they have a website where you can go in and retrieve them?

It depends on your region.  In NY we can access Medicare claim status online thru Connex.  You would have to check with Medicare.

Depending on your region.. in IL you can go to CSNAP and look up the claim. Once you find it, it will give you the option to reprint the EOB.
