Working in Providers Office

I have a potential new Client that wants me to work in their office FIRST before allowing me to bill at home.  Her reasoning is that if will give her time to get used to me and see the quality of my problem is "This is the reason I opened my own company" so I didn't have to work in an office...the  other side of it is I don't want to lose this Client......Any advice will do :D

Tough call, because if you agree you are setting a precedent that you will "negotiate" any term for them..not quite the reputation you want as a first impression.  I've had this happen and I politely explain to them that I am setup legally as a business entity and that it's not as simple as me just coming to their office as a business, and that setting up as an "employee" would be a conflict of interest. Usually that does the trick.  There's a lot of liability in a business going in and working in house vs going in as an employee and as an employee, they lose money, they gain NO benefits of outsourcing and they will pay payroll taxes, etc.   You could try to make them comfortable and empathize with their position and fears.. assure they will have control, offer to work remotely from their system, offer a trial period if necessary and it can be afforded. You could also do a 3 month, or 6 month contract, maybe discount your start up fee.  Try your best to make them comfortable and the main thing they are concerned with, as most are that are hesitant to outsource, is control.  By offering to work "remotely" they still stay in control of their PM software/data.  Also explain there will be an audit log (you signing in on your own login credentials) so this is fully HIPAA compliant plus they can see what you are doing and there's a clean audit trail.
