82948 and 36415

Please help. I just want to know why 82948 are not getting paid. I used this for glucose monitoring. Does medicare even pay for this or its the code that is wrong? And this also goes the same with 36415. My claim got denied using thus to.

Medicare does pay for 36415.  Not sure about the 82948.  Hard to help without specific denial reasons.  Have you tried contacting Medicare or looking in the LCD/NCD's?
