sls:
i am billing procedures G0399 and 95806- the code 95806 keeps rejecting co58-invalid place of service. using modifier 26 and office. Any ideas?

What insurance carrier is it?  Are you having trouble with all or just one?  If is just one I would try calling the insurance carrier to ask for an explanation.  We use POS 11 for 95806 and do not have an issue.

sls:
so far I have seen IBC as the insurance and yes all most everyone I have come across has been denied.  Trying to see if I can find a common demonitor on these rejections.

So it is isolated to one insurance carrier.  I would contact them to get a verbal explanation.  If you are not getting this denial with any other carrier it sounds like an issue that may be internal with this carrier.
