Does any one know what dx I would use for sclerotic lesion R iliac?

I have tried looking but am not sure which would be the correct code to use.

I am not finding a clear cut ICD9 code for sclerotic lesion R iliac.  The closest I can seem to come up with is 756.53 which is Osteopoikilosis.  I'm not sure if that is accurate for your situation, but it is what I found researching it.
