I AM BILLING FOR A ASC OUTPT FACILITY. USING TYPE OF BILL CODE 831.  STILL GETTING DENIALS FROM EMDEON THESE ARE FOR CIGNA CHARGES.  CAN ANYONE SHED SOME LIGHT ON WHAT I AM NOT FILLING IN CORRECTLY?

Are they looking for a 4 digit type of bill?  Some require a 4 digit and that just means a 0 in the front.  Otherwise, you might want to consider 731.
