Rail Road Medicare?

I have a single claim to submit to RR medicare. I obtained a RR PTAN for the provider (small, indiv practice.)  I see there is quite a rigmarole to go through to submit electronically. I have not seen a RR Medicare person in this area in the past 10 years of billing. So not expecting any more RR claims anytime soon.

It seems easier to print and mail this claim.

anyone successfully bill RR on paper?

If you have a small volume then it is easier to just submit on paper.  When you reach a certain threshold they will send you a letter telling you that you have to submit electronically.
