I am working with a new Teleradiology group, and we are in the process of working with some health plans.  Would someone be able to tell me what par providers is and also q6 modifier.  We have been getting vague information and trying to figure it all out.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

The Q6 modifier means "service furnished by a locum tenens physician".
