Good evening,

Can anyone advise if there are particular laws or issues I need to be concerned about when billing for a Pennsylvania mental health provider?  I am in Florida and I have been searching online per the provider's request to make sure there is nothing I should be aware of (as far as laws) upfront before billing for them.  I think it is pretty straight forward, but want to make sure I cover all of my basis.

Thanks in advance!

Hello,

I too am looking for this answer. I am in New Jersey and maybe getting a new client from Pennsylvania as well. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Can you be more specific? As a billing company owner you need to be in compliance with state laws in both the state your client (provider) is located, as well as your own state laws.

I guess my original question was in regard to in state specific requirements or laws that I needed to be concerned about to be in compliance to bill for the provider.  I am in florida and could not find anything online.  I would not be doing percentage but flat rate, but was just having a hard time finding more or any info state specific or otherwise about billing requirements/laws in pennsylvania.

Thanks for any help!
