how much would you charge to do credentialing for a chiropractor?

We don't charge based on specialty, we base our fees on application.  For example a Medicare CMS 855I application is $175.00, an 855R is $75, etc.

There are quite a bit of variables involved with credentialing, first are you only providing basic credentialing or are you going to go the distance with fee schedule negotiations, contract review, etc? I've always charged an hourly rate with a minimum but I provide the entire process. I don't really like the one price per application because I feel the provider could be getting a lot more for their money rather than just simply sending in an application. If you have the experience to provide "full" credentialing I would strongly suggest that route. Some billing companies don't have the time, resources or experience to really do the credentialing portion the right way so they partner up with a credentialing specialist :)
